How To Reduce Cholesterol In The Human Body

Cholesterol is a chemical substance in which a human body use to regulate certain function in the body.  some of those functions includes



1. changes in body structure during maturity 
2. Regulating of sugar levels in the blood 
3. preventing the body against foreign bodies
4. production of vitamin D ( for strong of bones and  Teeth)
liver is among major organ that produces more cholesterol and the dietary products obtain from animal such as meat, milk, fish, butter e. t. c also increase the production of high cholesterol
although this substance is important in the body but the body rani equires it in low quantity in the blood. 
high cholesterol is very dangerous were it cause diseases like heart failure which lead to blockage of arteries if that happens it cause problems to the heart which may include the following 
1. blockage of arteries that brings blood to the heart then heart attack occur leading to dead or serious medical attention 
2.  inability of heart to transfer blood to the entire body leading to heart failure 

how to reduce cholesterol in the body? 
the following Guidelines is recommended 
1. exercise this include juggling,  running,  playing games like badminton, football and long tennis 
2. eating of fruits and vegetables 
3. reduce ingesting red meat and high oily food substances like groundnut oil
4. use of medicine with prescription by the doctor 
5. monthly cholesterol checkup in the hospital.
